Sunset Beach Party Recap
"Beachy Chic" Sunset Party Saturday night was such fun for the club's annual beach party. Thanks to all who came and brought food and the fun. Special shout out to Kenny & Christi Rogers who added all the extras to make it a wonderful evening. Also, Happy Birthday to Christi as we celebrated her birthday. Finally, thanks for the weather who offered a cool breeze and no rain!
Memorial Day Recap
On Memorial Day, Bay Point Yacht Club members gathered to honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our country's freedoms around the world. This year's annual get-together featured hamburgers and hotdogs grilled by P/Commodore Jack Kennedy and P/C Tom Couty, music & MC from Dennis Eberhardt & great food brought by our members. All had a great time. Thanks to everyone for making the event such a success.

St. Patrick's Day Happy Hour
"Top of the evening to you!" was heard throughout the yacht club as members donned their green and celebrated their Irish heritage for the evening. Plenty of scrumptious corn beef, numerous appetizers, and beer were on hand to enable members to celebrate in style.
Great Gatsby Party
What a Fun Time!!!! What a Roaring Time we had. Big thanks to our Fabulous Social Director, Sandy Espy, for the incredible decoration designs. Thanks to Sandy, Melanie Dawson, Premadore Vickey, Dawn Hiner & Griggs Espy for getting the club decorated. Thanks to Sandy, Brandi Cox & Sue Sailers for our incredible food. Lastly, thanks to our members who showed up dressed to the Gatsby Nines!
Change of Watch Dinner & Dance
What a fun night it was for our 2023 Change of Watch. Thanks again to all who assisted in making it a very special day.
Our BPYC member, and old friend, Marta Rose-Thorpe invited a talented young videographer to come and shoot some footage of our evening party. His name is Jose Baron. Jose then created the video you can watch by clicking on the image. He really did a great job considering the tight space he had to work with. Many thanks to him for creating this high-quality, well-done piece. It is something that you can share if you like and that we as a club can use when someone may ask to know more about our club.

Breakfast Group
Hello Bay Point Yacht Club members,
If you enjoy socializing and eating a delicious breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere with fellow yacht club members, then the Saturday morning Breakfast Group is for you.
We have new yacht club members (and perhaps others) who may not be aware that an informal group of 15-20 members has been socializing with a casual breakfast on Saturday mornings at 8:30am until 10:30am at the Clubhouse. This regularly scheduled event is open to all members.
At breakfast, each couple or pair takes turns preparing breakfast for about 20 people about 3 times per year. Please note that the breakfasts are whatever you want to prepare, and are as simple as coffee, juice, donuts, or casseroles, or whatever. The main purpose is to socialize with new and old friends in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
